It's my fourth time staying at the Kennedy and it's always a good experience staying here . Great location, big clean room , extremely helpful staff and a fantastic price for the 10 days that I spent in Santiago . Highly recommend .

The welcome feeling you had a soon as you walked thru the front glass doors was very warm and professional and that was the first person we met and the rest of the staff all had the same pleasing manner

The night staff and specially Patricio was absolutely wonderful!!! I arrived late in the night and they were extremely kind. It's my 3rd time in this hotel and I'm definitely returning again.

Everywhere the check in is at 12:00 hrs but they wanted $40 usd for early check in so we no need to wait till 15:00 hrs thats very stupid from the stuff of Hotel Kennedy…

We stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions on our trip. Every staff member we dealt with was excellent.
